EXTRACTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ENDOGENOUS HORMONES FROM RUSSULA DELICA
树木菌根真菌美味红菇内源激素的提取及鉴定

The methods and procedures for the extraction of endogenous hormones from the mycelia of Russula delica are introduced.Z,IPA,IAA,ABA,GA3 and KT have been found from the extracts by means of high pressure liquid chromatography.The results further provxide a material base of the regulating effect of ectotrophic mycorrhiza on growth and developement of trees and thoretical background for exploitation and utilization of mycorrhiza fungi resources.
