EFFECTS OF VC GENES AND dsRNAs ON TRANSMISSION OF dsRNA IN CRYPHONECTRIA PARASITICA
栗疫病菌的营养体亲和性基因和dsRNAs对病毒传播的影响

The effects of different VC genes and viral dsRNAs upon the transmission of dsRNA among isolaus were tested in chestnut blight fungus, Cryphonectria parasitica.15 isolto with different VC genompes, which distributal on 4 VC loci, and 3 kindsof dsRNA were used in this study. Results showed that the transmission rates of dsRNA varied with spectific VC gene and dsRNA type; the mean transmission rates of dsRNA among isolates different at 2 VC loci were lower than that among isolates different at 1 VC locus; the directional exclusion to the transmission of dsRNA was found associated with Aa, Bb, and Dd VC loci.
