A NEW SPECIES OF THE GENUS TOXOSPORIOPSIS
座隔孢属一新种

The genus Toxosporiopsis was established by Sutton & Sellar in 1966 and the type species is T.capitata Sutton & Sellar.So far,two species have been described in this genus.The specimens on Juglans regia L.from Hebei Province,China,collected by the present author,were identified as a new species of Toxosporiopsis,T.sinensis W.P Wu.The species differs from the other two known species of the genus in size of conidlogenous cells,shape and size of conidia and paraphyses,and presence of mucilaginous sheath on conidiogenous cells, conidia and paraphyses.Latin and Chinese diagnoses were given to the new species.The type specimen (WU910015) is deposited in the Institute of Biology,Hebei Academy of Sciences.
