ANALYSIS AND IDENTIFICATION OF FUSARIUM MYCOTOXIONS IN CORN CULTURE OF FUSARIUM CAMPTOCERAS
|
Abstract:
Corn cultures of Fusarium camptoceras isolated from the rice straw causing the disease of Fescue foot were analysed with TLC, GE-ECD and GC-MS. Several trichothecenes including nivalenol (NIV), fusarenon-X (F-X), scirpentrol (SCP), 7-deoxynivalenol (7-DON), 3-acetoxyscirpentriol (3-ASCP), 4-acetoxyscirpentriol (4-ASCP), 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol (3-ADON), 7-acetyldeoxynivalenol (7-ADON), 4,15 diacetylnivalenol (4,15-DANIV), 7,8-dihydroxydiacetoxyscirpenol (DOHDAS), etc. had been identified by GC-MS. No butenolide and zearalenone were found in these cultures. This is the first report about these (?)richothecenes produced by Fusarium camptocern. These trichothecenes may be a caustive factor of the disease of fescue foot.
