STUDYIES ON THE TAXONOMIC STATUS OF METARHIZIUM CYLINDROSPORA AND NOMURAEA VIRIDULA
柱孢绿僵菌和绿色野村菌分类地位的研究

The ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 rDNA regions of Metarhizium cylindrospora, Nomuraea viridula and N. rileyi were sequenced and compared. According to the constructed phylogenetic tree, M. cylindrospora and N. viridula should be attributed to the genus Metarhizium, and N. viridula was combined to Metarhizium. The status of Nomuraea as a genus was suspected.
