PARTIAL 25S rDNA SEQUENCE OF Cantharellus AND ITS PHLOGENETIC IMPLICATIONS
鸡油菌的25S rDNA部分序列及其系统学意义

Partial sequence of 255 rDNA of Cantharellus cibarius is determined. Based on the analyses of the obtained sequence and the 255 rDNA sequences determined by predecessors from 14representative species of 10 other basidiomycete orders and one zygomycete order, phylogenetic trees are constructed in which the outgroup is represented by the zygomycete Mucor racemosus. The relationships between C. cibarius and other taxa of basidiomycetes and their phylogenetic significance are investigated.
