Abstract:

The several solid media and their combination for artificial cultivation of P. tenuipes were examined. Among them Barley, wheat and bran+cornmeal+chaff (2:1:1) were considered to be much suitable for growth of the fungus.The mature time for synnema of the fungus which formed on culture media is usually for 30 to 40 days, but the amount of amino acid is highly at approximately 50th day, and decreases after 60 days.The chemical components of cultivated product of P. tenuipes compared with the natural C. sinensis were tested. The result showed that both their principal components and the kinds of amino acid are similar but the amount of some amino acid of the fungus is higher than those of natural C. sinensis.
