and 104 monokaryons were separated from two sporocarps of Pholiota adiposa by spore-splashing and dilution isolation.By using three-cycle mating system , the crossing character of Ph.adiposa was studied and the result suggested that Ph.adiposa was basidiomycete with quadripolar heterothallism.The study also showed the proportion of the different mating type was patently deflective.
