|
Abstract:
An observation on the ability of Lagenidium giganteum to control mosquitoes breeding in water accumlations in garden and tres was conducted during July 20 to August 15, 1995, in Guiyang city. The mosquito density in treated groups decreased significantly. The fact suggests that this fungus could be settled in there kind of water bodies in Gulyang, thus controlling mosquitoes there.
