CHARACTER AND ACTION OF GOOD STRAIN ON STIMULATING SEED GERMINATION OF GASTRODIA ELATA
促进天麻种子萌发的石斛小菇优良菌株特性及作用*

A good strain of Mycena dendrobii accelerating seed germination and enhancing yield of Gastrodia elata, was selected by comparing the biological characters and functions among different strains. The experiment results showed that seed germination rate of G. elaata was over 84.18 % and the yield of fresh tubers reached 16kg/m2 in one and half years after sowing with M. dendrobii. Fine characters of the strain have been demonstrated by cultivation in laboratory or field experiment.
