Mobile navigation system based on self-constructed network

Because most of the present mobile navigation systems lack dynamic traffic service, in this paper, a mobile navigation system was presented and implemented, which provided dynamic traffic information by means of the communication in self-constructed network. Compared to the traditional way of background calculation, self-constructed network greatly reduces the cost with little performance penalty.
