Design and research of flood control system based on wireless application protocol
基于无线应用协议的防汛指挥系统的设计与研究

Considering the problems existed in flood control works such as information acquisition with a low speed and information acquisition limited by office condition,and the characteristics of flood control works.A flood control wireless information system based on Wireless Application Protocol(WAP) was designed and developed.It was a multiple interface system that user can access through WAP mobile phone,PDA and so on.It provided wireless information inquiry and retrieval,and realized the driving short message "push" service.
