Because some problems exist in the current management of NAT, the standardization significations of its managed information to be classified were emphasized. As a expansive sub-tree of IETF MIB tree, the contents, functions and characteristics of NAT managed objects became a research focus in this article, and were summarized in more detail. The implied dependent relationships among the important tables including the need for their data to be eonsistent were analyzed.
