Strategies of networks survivability under high-intensity EMP based on GMPLS

It is well known that high-intensity EMP destroys all kinds of network services physically. How to provide survivability strategies in modem EM wars was discussed and the ability of GMPLS survivability strategy and the that of other survivability strategies were compared. Finally, several survivability coordinated strategies were introduced and a design idea of a LSP dynamic provisioning schemes was proposed.
