Research on novel method about Chinese dialect coding and conversion mechanism
一种汉语方言编码与转换机制的研究

This paper concluded the composition and characteristics of the scheme for the Chinese phonetic alphabet. It analy-zed the feasibility about dialect codes, and used binary codes for Chinese pronunciation. Codes sequences included initial consonant codes, compound vowels codes, tones codes and linguistic features of Erhua codes. It built the relationship among dialect pronunciation, modified pronunciation and standard pronunciation. Taken dialect in Xiang-Mi area as an example, it illustrated the process about dialect coded and conversion in detail. Dialect pronunciation could be translated to standard pronunciation by artificial metabolic algorithm under special dialogue situation. It discussed the feasibility and rationality of the above scheme through one real example.
