JPEG2000 compressed image indexing
基于小波的压缩图像索引技术

Two index methods of compressed image were provided for image retrieval based on JPEG2000 standards, which reduce the amount of data processing without full decompression. The experimental results show that the indexes have more powerful ability of characterizing the image contents and improve performance both in retrieval effieieney and effectiveness.
