Research on formulation of university enrollment plan
普通高校分省招生计划编制模型研究

This paper proposed a model of secondary distribution for university enrollment plan. The initial distribution calculated the basic value of university enrollment plan using gray model and then the secondary distribution calculated the adjusted value of the plan using fuzzy index system. At last by putting the model into practice, it proves that this model can improve the fairness of education and reduce the degree of local enrollment plan.
