Wireless sensor network data reliability analysis based on network coding

This paper analyzed the performance of network coding in wireless sensor network by transfer data with it in different transmission routings. By theoretical analysis and simulation, got the reliability benefits of using network coding in different routings. In multi-path transmission proposed a new transmission mechanism by selecting the number of encoded packets at source, which was less impact on the reliability with reduce the redundant packets. The conclusion is when the data transmission rate is high or moderate,the reliability of using network coding is superior to without network coding in a single-path transmission.
