Research on split augmented Hammerstein behavioral model
|
Abstract:
This paper proposed a new split augmented Hammerstein model with an additional distortion path, used memoryless polynomial and finite impulse response filters to build the memoryless subsystems and memory effect subsystems. It conducted model validation by the input and output data extracted from Freescale semiconductor transistor MRF7S21170 model and designed circuit in ADS circumstance. The results show that the proposed model achieves better performance than augmented Hammerstein. It has high precision to simulate the characteristics of PA accurately. The proposed model has important reference value on research and development of the radio frequency power amplifier behavioral modeling.
