Study on quality coordination of logistics service supply chain

Through using evolutionary game theory, this paper constructed and analyzed logistics service supply chain quality coordination evolutionary game model. The results show that the factors which affect quality coordination in LSSC owning coordination cost, extra-income, default cost, excess return, complaints probability, loss of reputation and loss apportionment coefficient, by adjusting the size of these parameters, can effectively improve quality coordination in LSSC.
