New image denoising approach based on Tetrolet transform
基于Tetrolet变换的图像降噪新算法

In order to transmit traffics in high efficiency and quality and ensure fairness between traffics, this paper proposed the adaptive channel reservation based-admission control algorithm. Firstly, this algorithm took resource sharing to reserve suitable channel resources for traffics and used channel utilization as the admission control rule. When the network resources were not enough, took the adaptive mechanism to adjust QoS of the admitted flows in order to meet the new flow as much as possible. The results show that the algorithm ensures fairness between traffics and their QoS requirements, and admits more flows while increasing the throughput of the network.
