Research of Internet of things based on improved 6LoWPAN

Abstract:
This paper resolved the problems including transfer efficiency and mobile seamless induced by adapting IPv6 in wireless internet of things. Based on RF4944 draft, the compound solution for transfer efficiency. It is composed of address assigning, comparator encoding and Lempel-Ziv-Welch encoding algorithm. Based on FHMIPv6, present an improved mobile switching protocol, presented E-FHMIPv6, for mobile seamless transfer. The simulation results show that these solutions can improve the performance of transfer efficiency and mobile switching effectively. Thus, the solution improves the performance of mobile Internet of things obviously.
