Analysis and improvement of certificateless signcryption scheme

Recently,Wang Hui-ge,et al.proposed a certificateless signcryption scheme(W-CL-SC),but it did not achieve anti-key escrow property due to the irrational public key.This paper presented an improved certificateless signcryption scheme.It introduced a stronger adversary model,and proved that the new scheme could achieve anti-key escrow,IND-CCA2 and EUF-CMA securities.The analyzing shows that the new scheme is secure and efficient.
