Research on fault modeling method based on E language
基于E语言的故障建模方法研究

To satisfy the automation and real-time requirements, fault information and experimental scheme need to be edited before the experiment starts.This paper proposed the concepts of product fault, atom fault and fault model,and extracted fault characteristics.On this basis,depicted fault characteristics by IEEE Std. 1647TM-2006 "E" functional verification language, and constructed fault models.Then presented fault mode depiction method. Finally,addressed an electronic flight display system test as a case study,which verified the effectiveness of the fault models and depiction methods in improving the automatic level and real-time quality.
