H∞ -guaranteed cost fault-tolerant control for NCS with delay and date packet dropouts

Abstract:
For a class of networked control system with delay and data packet dropouts, the problem of Hinf guaranteed fault-tolerant control for networked control system against actuator and sensor failures is discussed by the influence of external disturbance with limited energy . The data packet dropout is regard as a special kind of delay. The synthetical delay possess fast interval time-varying characteristic. Based on state feedback control strategy and Lyapunov-Krasovakii functional, the delay-dependent sufficient conditions of Hinf guaranteed tolerant control for closed-loop systems against actuator and sensor failures are proved, meanwhile, the optimization design method of controller are given via solving several linear matrix inequalities. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the effectiveness and the feasibility of proposed approach.
