This paper proposed a kind of new intelligent optimization algorithm:artificial fish-swarm algorithm(AFSA) for nonlinear 0-1 problem.Transformed the constrained problem into the unconstrained problem using penalty function,and then described the detailed procedures of the algorithm and programmed with MATLAB software.By some nonlinear 0-1 problem test of examples,the results show that the AFSA has fast convergence speed and better global optimization ability.It can be used as a practical approach to solve t...
