FBMC system symbol timing synchronization improved algorithm based on training sequences

Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy of the traditional FBMC symbol timing synchronization algorithms, this paper proposed a new symbol timing estimation algorithm based on the training sequences. This algorithm considered the influence of the noise on the performance of the timing, by analysing the training symbol repeat delay characteristics, it used the least square method to realize a high precision synchronization time estimate. Theory analysis and simulation results show this algorithm has a better peformance.
