Luminance residual error threshold method oriented to fast global motion estimation
面向快速全局运动估计的亮度残差阈值方法*

This paper proposed a luminance residual error threshold method oriented to fast global motion estimation. Deduced a set of threshold factors that fitted for diverse resolution video coding according to the statistics. It could converge rapidly the global motion estimation and achieve the fast global motion estimation while maintaining the coding performance. Simulated results show that the proposed method is robust and accurate.
