Cluster size for randomly distributed wireless sensor networks in shadowed environments
|
Abstract:
This paper presented cluster size, i.e. ,how much a clusterhead together with sensors could cover a region ,through which the coverage and connectivity could be analyzed jointly . Furthermore, developed a mathematical model to evaluate the cluster size in shadowed environments. At last, discussed the transmission power of a node that was needed to maintain the connectivity in shadowed environments. The simulation results indicate the correctness of the analytical model.
