Spectrum access based on dynamic frequency hopping

Abstract:
Low-throughput disadvantage is widely existed in current spectrum-access schemes in cognitive radio network. In order to overcome it, proposed a new spectrum-access scheme, based on dynamic frequency-hopping technology, So that the second user could smoothly switch to other channels with higher system throughput. And put partially observable markov decision Process(POMDP) to describe it. Numerical results also show at last.
