Depending on the JPDA and PDA algorithm, this paper proposed a new fast algorithm to solve multiple targets tracking in cluttered environment. Used the public measurement taken into account to compute the poly probability matrix to reduce the computer cost. Then used a threshold to search for confirmation probability matrix. Simulations show the MPDA algorithm has better performance than JPDA algorithm. Its comparatively error is near to 0.And the expending time of tracking is reduced 54% than JPDAF algorithm.
