For integrated optimization management of product research and development process of industrial enterprise in effect, this paper brought out a method of integrating information modeling based on ProA. It discussed product research and development ProA mathematical model, designed strategy of ProA information model, ProA information storage scheme and ProA basic information model. Finally, gave ProA information system design structure based on MVC.
