To optimize the city bus frequencies, this paper proposed an optimization solution based on immune clone algorithm. Expounded the mathematical model of bus frequencies optimization problem and the framework of immune clone algorithm with nondominated neighbor-based selection, and done simulation experiments to validate algorithm. Experiment result shows that the proposed algorithm can solve the city bus frequencies optimization problem, and has the advantage of good application value.
