Multi-depot relief distribution problem model and its algorithm under variable roadway network structure

Initiated by the need of relief distribution after nature disaster, based on conditions and demands in reality, this article provided an optimal multi-depot emergency relief distribution model under variable roadway network structure. The impact derived from both multi-depot and variable roadway network structure is discussed. A dynamical accelerating adaptive genetic algorithm is designed to solve this problem. As an application and a demonstration of our results, a numerical example is presented to highlight the significance of the proposed model as well as the efficacy of the proposed algorithm.
