Research on inventory policy of grain and oil under restriction of service level
服务水平约束下的粮油库存控制策略研究*

Deterioration exists in inventory of grain and oil, and it will affect the costs of enterprise operation. The paper analyzed the factors affecting inventory cost with deterioration rate, shortage cost and probabilities of stock on hand and so on, and established an inventory control model based on service level constraints. The relationship of deterioration costs and inventory costs were researched on the basis of the model, and gave a method in order to solve the problem of optimization inventory and minimum cost s. At last the simulation illustrated with an example, the model can effectively solve the problem better.
