Case study of provincial vehicle emission detecting monitoring and management system
省级机动车排气检测监管系统应用研究

This paper presented the provincial vehicle emission detecting monitoring & management system(PVEDMMS), which aimed to resolve the practical problems faced by the provincial environment protection agency and to enhance the mana-gement ability of on-using motor vehicle emission. Introduced construction methods of PVEDMMS, presented the technical framework of the overall system, network architecture and function modules. Described the methods of province-city data exchange and custom statistical reports, which used Web services technology and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services respectively. Developed and used a prototype of PVEDMMS in Guangdong province to test the effectiveness of the proposed scheme. The results show the actual running ability of PVEDMMS. The proposed scheme gives solution to the current problems in provincial vehicle management.
