In order to deal with the problem of modifying the common information, this paper proposed a new certificateless partially blind signature scheme, the new scheme bound the common information with the private key. It could avoid the attack of modifying the common information, and could assure the security of partially blind signature. Moreover, compared with other certificateless partially blind signature schemes, the scheme was more efficient.
