IRP new technology is the comprehensive planning to the information resources including data collection, processing, transmitting and application. It can resolve the problem of Information Island and implement information sharing that applying the IRP technology to the College Educational Information Management System. This article is based on the IRP theory architecture, Analysis technology of the IRP Applications, plans implementation steps of the College Educational information management system based on IRP Technology and gives out the method on how to integrate college information resources, provides a new way for the integration and transformation of existing systems.
