Turbo codes for bit-interleave efficient encoding and decoding scheme based on 3GPP standards

Based on compared the 3GPP standard interleaver with the others, shows its superiority, relying on the 3GPP standard and investigation of the abllity of Turbo codes combined with high order modulation,the simulation shows that the performance difference of simplified demodulation algorithm and traditional soft-decision algorithm for the same decoding error rate is within 0.3 dB .Given an encoding and decoding scheme which could increase a diversity order. Add bit interleaver before modulation, then bit deinterleaving after demodulation, imulations result show the method can obtain better performance.
