Non-uniform subdivision for B-splines of arbitrary degree

This paper proposes a cross-layer packet scheduling scheme based on the HSDPA system for supporting diverse QoS requirements of mixed services. During the process, mixed services are classified according to service types, QoS levels and user status. We introduce service QoS and channel status parameters into computation to estimate probability, try to achieve a balance between mixed services quality and system performance. Simulation results indicate that our scheme has superior performance in the domain of transmission delay, data throughput.
