Adapt to the variable and flexible business process model in process reengineering, this paper on PVSOM made variable process modeling based on message. It defined message format, controls process stucture with message calculating and solves process variability according to different contents of message. Besides, showed an order managment example to illustrate the message model and process flow to BPEL. This model which reasonably separated the process logic from application logic by means of data dependence made business personnel redesign and execute processes conveniently.
