The paper firstly researched on the hybrid intelligent optimization algorithm home and abroad, analysed and showed the critical mechanism and component of contributing to these current algorithm, and proposed a model of hybrid intelligent optimization algorithm. The model explained the basic reasons why the hybrid algorithm could achieve good performance, and guided the design and development of the new hybrid intelligent algorithm.
