Construction of platform for real-time moving object detection and tracking
实时运动目标检测与跟踪平台的构建*

This paper constructed an experimental platform for real-time moving object detection and tracking in complex environments based on image grab card. It presented and realized an algorithm based on the platform of improved detecting moving object, and it had the advantages of both frame-difference method and background difference method to adapt to complex changing environments. The experimental results show the moving object can be detected and tracked quickly and efficiently in changing scenes by the presented algorithm based on the built platform, and a practical experimental platform is provided for study intelligent video technology.
