In order to improve the search ability of the immune clone algorithm, this paper proposed a method with Baldwin efficiency and periodically mutation based on Baldwin efficiency and periodical evolution of organism. The operators overcame the random evolutionary and enhanced the rapid convergence. The function optimization based experiments show that the algorithm has better effectiveness and optimization capacity.
