DNA word coding based on error correct code
基于纠错码编码理论的DNA编码研究

As a new computational paradigm,DNA computing has the powerful computational capacity.Encoding DNA sequence plays an important role in successful DNA computation,and good DNA sequences may significantly improve the reliability of DNA computing.Based on the error-correct coding theory,this paper proposed a method to design DNA encoding sequences which satisfied given length and Hamming distance constraint.The simulated results show the effectiveness of presented algorithm.
