Multi-output least squares support vector machine based on immune optimization and its applications

Abstract:
The traditional support vector machine is used for the binary-class classification. It can not deal with multi-class classification directly. In order to solve the problem, proposed a method of multi-output least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) based on immune optimization. Used the immune algorithm to optimize the parameters of LS-SVM. This method has been applied to modeling of biological wastewater treatment processes and speech emotion recognition. The results show this method has higher accuracy.
