This paper presented a service-based method to subscribe and disseminate situation information,with respect to the characters such as the large data quantity,the little time lag,the distinct different requirement between different users. In this method,the users lookup for services other than the directly materials, eventually,the users obtain the suituation information through these services.Also,gave the detail content of the particular method, after that,it validated the feasibility and validity.
