Design and key techniques analysis of safety production and emergency management platform in large-scale hydroelectric project

This paper gave the survey of the recent researches on above areas, and designed the overall platform framework, including relative software systems, basic infrastructure, emergency command center and the integration with external professional systems. Aiming to the framework, demonstrated the main safety production function modules, proposed the integration initial schema, and analyzed the key techniques of emergency decision, digital plans management and so on.
