This paper put forward the service-oriented architecture(SOA) building development technique solution for the business agility requirement during the present time.Main described the concept and relative characteristics and the basic structure of building development technique platform.Permitted the customer to construct service-oriented application by himself by importing building method at client.In this way,it could be suitable for the individual demand and realize quickly response for business agility.Finally the gold geology prospecting information system of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force was used to show the result of building development technology.
