Movement traces-based container terminal in control scheduling

Abstract:
According to the actual operating status and the problem of low operating efficiency, high mechanical loss with mix business model in the five inland port of Chongqing, this paper proposed a method of control scheduling based on locus. Converted the operational routes of container to directed paths which were used for genetic manipulation of the genetic algorithm. In the process of genetic algorithm, proposed a variable length chromosome coding multi-parameter cross-encoding genes, and effectively constrained selected the initial population. Finally, there were adjacency matrixes of directed paths expression to the process of genetic operation. The resource data comparison of application proves the superiority.
